About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Finance & Operations or CFO / COO to drive organizational growth, financial health, and operational excellence . This executive leader will be responsible for maximizing profitability, optimizing cash flow, managing financial risk, and ensuring long-term sustainability .

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team , this role will oversee Finance, Supply Chain, and IT , driving cross-functional alignment, process efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do :

🔹 Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee all financial and fiduciary responsibilities in collaboration with ownership and the Board of Directors.
• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes .
• Drive financial accountability by analyzing weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance metrics .
• Ensure compliance with auditors, government agencies, and financial reporting standards .
• Maximize financial assets by establishing and improving policies, controls, and reporting systems .

🔹 PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

🔹 Experience with financial ERP systems, supplier agreements, and logistics optimization .
