Position Overview
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
Educate patients on prevention and treatment plans
Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000

CME funding and PTO available

Requirements
FNP-BC or FNP-C with Michigan licensure
Experience with underserved populations is valued
Excellent clinical decision-making and EMR skills
