The Job

The Customer Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process between Stanley Black & Decker and its Customers. This role focuses on optimizing order fulfillment inventory management and logistics to achieve stated fill rate on-time and operational efficiency objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing diverse team across multiple locations by collaborating with cross-functional groups developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own the Supply Chain relationship with the Customer in collaboration with Sales serving as the voice of the customer across Supply Chain.
• Lead the end-to-end order process consistently achieving timely and accurate product delivery.
• Analyze point-of-sale and inventory levels to forecast replenishment needs ensuring optimal in-stock rates and sufficient weeks of supply.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales operations and logistics teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
