Job Description

As an engineer on the team your primary role will be assisting to build test and engineering web applications using modern technologies like Angular Nodejs and REST APIs using NodeJS You will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our web applications and will work with the team to deliver best in class customer experience solutions.

The Expertise We are looking for 35 years proven experience developing modern and responsive singlepage web applications using Typescript stack like Angular preferably Angular 12 Knowledge of NgRx Signal Store is a plusComfortable integrating with REST APIs to access and retrieve data using NodeJSNestJS based frameworks

Experience GraphQL APIs is a big plus but not required

Indepth knowledge of JavaScript HTML5 CSS

Experience writing automated tests as part of development eg Jest and Cyprus

Bonus points for NX Monorepo and AWS experience Skills

You are comfortable working in a fastmoving environment and are adaptable to change

You embrace customerfirst mentality and enjoy developing userfriendly web applications that solve real life problems

You have a passion for clean maintainable code and are always looking to improve your engineering skills

You see testing as a core part of your development process

You collaborate with your peers through code reviews pair programming or interactive discussions daily

Developing features for our web experiences using NestJS and Angular

Taking stories from idea to implementation including work estimation collaboration with our product team development testing code review and deployment

Actively collaborating with the other engineers on the squad through code reviews pair programming interactive design sessions and team retrospectives

Developing automated tests using Jest Cypress and other tools

Working with our product team to ensure we are building the right features based on scope and customer value

Contributing back to the team by developing solutions that help improve developer efficiency or sharing knowledge about new techniques and technologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is$67,733 to $108,811 / annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to : Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
