Job Description
As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. You will engage with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the commercial real estate location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Maintain thorough documentation of activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and / or visitors to address questions, provide directions, and support a welcoming environment.Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities to the appropriate personnel.Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to help support a secure environment for all occupants and guests.Minimum Requirements :
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
