Pay Rate : $2317.00 - $2461.00

The nurse coordinator position entails heavily on the below :

Symptom management for patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Patient order placing

Epic in basket messaging internally and patient messages

Care coordination

Critical lab call triage and escalations

Supports high volume / fast pace clinics for 5 medical oncologists along side another NC in the department.

5 days a week M-f 830-5

Onsite between Pleasanton and Castro valley

If candidates have any medical oncology experience that is a plus.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Outpatient Oncology

Experience : 2 years

RN-CA

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

References : 1 Reference in the last 12 months

Current SCL and Reference

60 Mile Radius Rule
