Accommodate and represent the owner’s best interest at all timesWork directly with other team members during the conceptual development of project assignmentsCoordinate with engineering consultant and trade partners throughout projectsBIM
Produce BIM (building information models) utilizing Revit for Design + Build projects and coordination models.Prepare scale drawings or architectural details using BIM or other tools.Assemble construction documents for projects.Audit the project and resolve non-compliances.Keep up-to-date with advancements in BIM (and related) technology.Implement digital information plans and strategies.Adhere to the latest industry standards.Define and assist in implementing Hutton BIM standards.Requirements :
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Expertise with software including Revit (BIM), 3D rendering programs and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to interpret architectural and engineering plans and specificationsStrong technical, written and oral communication skillsAbility to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, approaches and conclusion to problemsAbility to technically / digitally demonstrate how something will look when it is finished to an ownerAnalyzing information and evaluating results to solve problems and choose the best solutionAbility to teach others BIM skillsAbility to take initial (sketch) ideas and transform them into technical drawingsCareful about detail and thorough in completing tasksAbility to organize your time and workload.Reliable, responsible and dependableEducation and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Design & Drafting Technology Program or similar degreeAccepting applicants for recent college graduates; preferable to have 2+ years of experienceBenefits :
