Are you a strategic, people-driven leader with a passion for senior care? Do you hold an active Ohio LNHA License? CareCore Health is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Columbus, OH region.

Your Role:
As the Regional Director of Operations, you'll serve as a key leadership figure, responsible for:

• Providing strategic oversight and guidance to facility administrators

• Ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across assigned locations

• Driving quality care outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team engagement

• Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives

• Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare

• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required

• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams

• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)

• Travel within your region is required
