All Care Homecare, LLC is growing! We're seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) Program and provide in-home nursing visits to clients in the South Shore region , including Brockton, Plymouth, Bridgewater, Marshfield , and nearby communities.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct routine in-home nursing assessments

Monitor and report changes in client condition

Collaborate with care managers and providers

Educate and support clients and their families

Ensure documentation and practices follow GAFC and MassHealth guidelines

What You'll Need :

Current RN license in Massachusetts

Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Home care or GAFC experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
