A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine recruitment responsibilities with direct clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Attract, recruit, and source providers while conducting initial phone screenings and assessments
Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS / CRM and support recruitment strategies
Conduct evaluations and sessions with a clinical caseload while modeling clinical excellence
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience
Minimum 1 year talent acquisition experience
State license in one of the key states (California, Georgia, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, or Maryland)
Ability to work PST / MST timezone preferred, but not required
