The nurse will provide exceptional patient care. Focus will be on improving individual functional ability and quality of life. The role involves evaluating patients, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological components. Nurse will work closely with physicians, specialists, and family members. Responsibilities include assessing movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and balance. The unit features private rooms and a team-oriented environment. The patient population includes adults aged 18 and older. Day and night shift ratios are approximately 1 : 6-7 during the day and 1 : 8 at night. Each nurse will have a dedicated tech. Must wear appropriate scrubs and ID badge while on duty. Additional float requirements may apply within various units.
