The Store Director oversees the operations of a store with total sales of $2.5 Million and over. The Store Director is an on-the-floor leader, not only managing all store functions, but also acting as a guide for the team. Coaches, develops and inspires the team so that everyone is a true ambassador for Sunglass Hut. The Store Director creates an environment where everyone delivers great service through The Sunglass Hut Experience. Shows leadership, energy and willingness to make quick decisions which inspires every store Associate to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience that translates into sales.

Pay Range : $61,660.99-$93,788.43
