Performance Engineer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality Assurance

Position type : Contract

Duration : 12+ months

Location : 800 West Trade Street Charlotte North Carolina 28202 United States (Hybrid)

As a Quality Assurance, you will :

• The candidates must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal external resources, to include senior leadership.
• The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to detect a major concern that should be escalated to management for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work or lead a technical team from diversified geography and culture to complete strategic planning, mission-critical design and development work.
• Strong results-oriented awareness, with an optimistic and enterprising attitude.
• Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
• JMeter experience, Leverage profiling tools (i.e. dynaTrace) to analyze and define performance characteristics of an application, recommend enhancements, and trouble shoot bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate will have : Performance engineer or Testing, JMeter and Banking experiance
