Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst provides analytical and tactical support to the Regional Revenue Management team, ensuring effective revenue management services. This position will support Peregrine Hospitality Boutique Collection on Central Coast. The analyst manages and executes various revenue management projects and processes to support targeted revenue growth for the region. The analyst also acts as support coverage for an assigned market and performs data analysis and strategic support for key assets and markets.
Work Hours
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Work will be remote
- Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Collection & Entry : Daily extraction of data from various sources (PMS, CRS, and Third-Party sites) into master tracking spreadsheets.System Audits : Conduct "rate shops" to ensure our prices are displaying correctly across all websites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) and match our internal systems.Reporting Support : Generate and distribute the "Daily Pick-up Report" (showing what was booked yesterday) and "Pace Reports" for the upcoming 90 days.Administrative Execution : Manually update inventory or rate changes in the system as directed by the Revenue Manager (e.g., closing a specific date for a local festival).Competitor Tracking : Monitor competitor websites and industry reports (like STR reports) to flag any sudden price drops or sold-out dates in the market.Discrepancy Flagging : Identify and report data inconsistencies or technical errors in the booking flow that could lead to lost revenue.Education and / or Experience
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of hotel revenue management, reservations, or operations experience.GDS experience a plus.Pay ranges from $27 to $30 hourly based on experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong organizational and work coordinating skills to handle multiple assignments and projects.Prior hospitality or operations experience preferredDemonstrated strong PC skills, including software packages (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Adobe, etc.), and web-based applicationsExcel Power User : Must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, If / Then statements, and basic Pivot Tables. You will live in Excel.Demonstrated problem-solving skillsKnowledge and experience with systems (GDS, Opera, Sabre Synxis, I-Hotelier, Power BI) a plusDemonstrated math skills for checking figures for accuracyAttention to detailSupervisory Responsibilities
