Job Summary : The Logistics Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all logistics operations in support of Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS). This role ensures timely delivery of products and materials, effective management of inventory, and compliance with U.S. government and defense regulations. The Team Leader drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads the logistics team, and manages relationships with freight and service providers to support organizational goals. Accountabilities :

• Deliver DMS products and raw materials to customers in accordance with quality and schedule requirements.
• Minimize inventory loss and investment while optimizing stocking levels by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Lead problem resolution and continuous improvement actions and activities to establish and maintain logistics processes, policies, and KPIs that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships and agreements with freight service providers to ensure performance meets cost, schedule, and compliance expectations.
• Ensure logistics activities support customer needs, including during emergencies.
