Experience with upselling and cross selling insurance products Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, including General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto, Cyber, Construction risks, and main street business. Proficiency in insurance management software, AMS360, Agency Zoom, working with AI and standard office applications. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients and underwriters. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business, ensure timely renewals, and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships. Youll have the autonomy to run your accounts with the support of a collaborative, positive team behind you. This is a hybrid remote role with competitive compensation and substantial benefits designed to support both your career and your life outside of work.
- First-year earnings : $55,000-$80,000
