Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense Focus

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a mid-level attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join its team. This role is ideal for a motivated litigator with a strong foundation in insurance defense and civil litigation, who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent insurers, corporations, and individuals in insurance defense and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and procedural motions.
• Perform thorough legal research and prepare clear, persuasive legal memoranda.
• Draft detailed reports to insurers and clients outlining case strategy, status, and recommendations.
• Attend court hearings and argue motions as needed.
• Collaborate with claims professionals and clients to develop strategic litigation approaches.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
