As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist CRE in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will support a secure environment for all occupants. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :

  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Assist visitors and employees with access-related inquiries and provide guidance on site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining awareness of surroundings and promptly reporting any concerns to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to observe for irregularities and address security-related matters as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols at the location.
  • Document observations, incidents, and / or activities thoroughly in daily reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate parties.
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
