[job_card.job_description]Purpose-Driven Work : Make a direct impact on residents’ growth and independence. Training & Development : Gain skills in mental health support, MAP certification, and more. Collaborative Culture : Join a team dedicated to dignity, respect, and evidence-based practices. Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer / supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. High school diploma / GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
