Position : Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Location : Palo Alto, CA

Experience : 3–5 Years (Class of 2020–2022)

Job Description : A prestigious international law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on litigation experience including discovery, brief writing, and pre‑trial preparation. Qualifications

• JD from a top‑tier law school.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across offices and practices.
