You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and well-being of our members. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client. You will use your expertise in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to provide guidance, support, and education that empowers our members to lead healthier lifestyles.

Responsibilities :

Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical fitness levels, understand their goals, and develop personalized training plans..

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and coach clients to ensure they perform exercises safely and effectively.

Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor, creating a motivating and supportive training environment.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' training sessions, progress, and any relevant health and fitness data.

Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in fitness and health to enhance service delivery.

Ensure the cleanliness and proper use of equipment to maintain a safe training environment.

Qualifications :

A certified personal trainer (CPT) credential from a recognized certification program (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.

A deep understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.

CPR / AED certification is required.

A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
