A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will provide compensation and analytic reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
Process compensation requests by conducting market analyses and developing data-driven recommendations
Administer bonus and incentive plans, support the annual salary planning process, and prepare accrual estimates
Maintain data integrity across Compensation and HR platforms and support organizational design efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in compensation and analytics
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and LookUps) and experience with Workday HRIS software
Experience with national surveys and job pricing platforms like CompAnalyst or RadFord
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of confidential data
Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA requirements and ability to present compensation concepts effectively
