A company is looking for a BMC Batch Operator for the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and analyze batch workload in mainframe and distributed systems

Identify and resolve job abends, escalating issues as necessary and documenting them in ServiceNow

Ensure compliance with SLAs while managing batch workloads in a Production Control environment

Required Qualifications

Experience with BMC Control-M / EM is mandatory

Proficient in managing batch workload on AJF for both mainframe and client-server applications

Expertise in identifying and fixing common abends using Job Control Language (JCL)

Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Nagios, IP Monitor, and Tivoli

Experience with ServiceNow for managing incidents and tasks
