Job Summary : The Manager, Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) is responsible for leading EHSS programs within the division to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant operation across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations, supports practical sustainability improvements, and drives continuous improvement in overall safety performance. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system, conducting hazard assessments, overseeing environmental compliance and reporting, implementing resource efficiency and waste reduction measures, and supporting incident investigations. The EHSS Manager also develops and delivers employee training programs and fosters a behavior-based safety culture that emphasizes proactive risk identification and safe work practices.

The annual salary for this position is :

$95,000.00 to $125,000.00
