Strong understanding of military requirements. 4. Ability to interpret drawings. 5. Ability to work in fast-pace contract manufacturing environment. 6. Demonstrated track record of achieving results in a team based and collaborative environment. 7. Must be comfortable in challenging “status-quo” and able to recommend solutions. 8.
