You'll Support Meaningful Work By :

Identifying breakthrough ideas using emerging technologies

Implementing PLM solutions with PTC Windchill and Creo

Building relationships and consulting with client groups

Developing system requirements and ERP integration strategies

Maintaining Windchill configurations and workflows

Leading legacy data migrations into Windchill

Collaborating with global teams using Agile practices

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM processes

Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

Desired Skills

Expertise in Windchill and Creo, including ERP integrations

Knowledge of PLM processes and architectural thinking

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with ThingWorx and Azure DevOps

Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
