As Via's Senior Stock Plan Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global equity programs. You'll be the go-to expert for the Morgan Stanley / E

• TRADE platform, overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshootingall while elevating the employee experience across the organization.

Collaborating closely with Via's People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams, you'll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless operations. With great judgment, attention to detail, and a process mindset, you'll help shape an equity experience that aligns with Via's mission.
