Finance Business Partner
Zoom is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner to support the Sales organization within our Go-to-Market team. This role is a critical advisor to sales leadership, driving data-informed decisions and ensuring alignment of financial goals with business strategy. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance, manage Go-to-Market investments, and support scalable growth in a $5B+ ARR enterprise SaaS environment.
The Sales FP&A team is part of the larger Finance organization within Zoom. You will join a talented and diverse team driving Zoom's Go-to-Market strategy. We operate at the intersection of finance, sales, and business strategy, focusing on high-impact opportunities that enhance our growth trajectory.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :
Minimum : $65,400.00
Maximum : $158,700.00
In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
