Salary : $19-22 / hour

Sign-on bonus : $1,000 (after 90 days)

Schedule : Monday - Friday. No Weekends

The Learning Experience in Huntington Beach is hiring a joyful and energetic Toddler Teacher to help little learners explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. If you love working with toddlers and want to make a meaningful impact while having fun — this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months

Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning

Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions

Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships

Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®

Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

California Requirement

Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE / CD units, including Infant / Toddler course(s) . (Verification required prior to hire.)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in toddler, childcare, preschool, or daycare preferred

Positive, reliable, and highly attentive to safety and detail

Passion for early childhood learning and growth
