A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support its Enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the indirect rebate program for North America and Latin America, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Build and manage rebate offer letters in Salesforce and track acceptance and claims
Provide onboarding and operational support to partners while performing forecast accuracy analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service in an operations capacity
Strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI
Ability to integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency
Experience in the Enterprise space, preferably within a leading high-tech company
