Manage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts (75% standard personal lines 25% small to mid-sized commercial accounts). Handle tasks such as certificates of insurance renewals and setting appointments. Quote new and renewal business. Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal and / or commercial lines insurance. Proficiency in insurance software with experience in EZLynx preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. A stable work history with no significant employment gaps (6 months). Ability to commute to the Alexandria VA office. Remote candidates or those unwilling to commute will not be considered.

Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $50000 - $60000 annually (commensurate with experience). Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
