What You'll Do : We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Sales and Partner organizations, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader global Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem. In close partnership with Sales, Partner, and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape our GTM strategy and performance. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of GTM motions and strong analytical, data modeling, and visualization capabilities. They are comfortable working with large and complex datasets to uncover trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations. They are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, excels at solving problems with data, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes across the organization. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Vice President, Sales and Partnerships Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Translate data into compelling insights and clear executive-ready narratives that influence strategic decisions
• Partner with Sales, Partner, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align on business goals and KPIs
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Partner leaders, providing data-driven insights that influence strategy, territory planning, and investment decisions
• Partner closely with Finance, RevOps and Data teams to align GTM analytics with broader business priorities, ensuring consistency in forecasting, goal-setting, and reporting
• Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance drivers and business impact
• Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks in Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Develop scalable SQL data models and queries to support analysis and recurring insights
• Own data pipelines and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of GTM reporting
• Identify gaps in sales processes and propose data-driven improvements
• Build automated workflows, reporting enhancements, and tools that improve team efficiency and data visibility
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles including forecasting, GTM business reviews and capacity modeling
• Work with Sales & Partner leaders to interpret performance metrics and recommend actions
• Partner with RevOps and Finance to improve data definitions, governance, and system integrations
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Job Designation : Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
