Basic job description :

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual who is eager to grow with our company and enjoys taking on new challenges! This position plays a key role in supporting both our field and office operations. Responsibilities include working alongside our house cleaning teams to perform quality control inspections, assisting with training and development, and supporting the Operations Manager with customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed to help our team succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications :

• Previous experience in residential cleaning management or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m., with some flexibility as schedules may vary.
• Proficiency with computers and basic typing skills; experience with scheduling or field management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
