Position
This part-time role begins in November 2025 (possibly earlier) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. Candidates must live on Oahu and will work in a certified kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare 4 5 signature bento recipes.
- Source and work with local ingredients while balancing cost and quality.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and efficiency.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with Hawai i DOH requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a Culinary Chef, Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine (Head Chef), Sous Chef, or equivalent professional role.Must live on Oahu and be able to commute to Honolulu, Hawai'i.Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Hawai i flavors, or fusion cooking preferred but not required.Compensation
$24 $33 per hour, depending on qualifications.
