[job_card.job_description]Familiarity with VSE scheduling Experience in a help desk or technical support role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptly Monitor and maintain network operations Assist in scheduling and production support tasks Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure they run correctly. Report failed or delayed jobs as per standard procedures. Follow simple instructions to restart or re-run jobs when required. Monitor system performance and scheduled tasks. Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
