Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in network operations and production support

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with VSE scheduling
  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor and maintain network operations
  • Assist in scheduling and production support tasks
  • Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure they run correctly.
  • Report failed or delayed jobs as per standard procedures.
  • Follow simple instructions to restart or re-run jobs when required.
  • Monitor system performance and scheduled tasks.
  • Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Follow documented steps (runbooks) to handle known issues
