Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptlyMonitor and maintain network operationsAssist in scheduling and production support tasksMonitor scheduled jobs and ensure they run correctly.Report failed or delayed jobs as per standard procedures.Follow simple instructions to restart or re-run jobs when required.Monitor system performance and scheduled tasks.Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.Follow documented steps (runbooks) to handle known issuesCompany Benefits & Culture
