Salary Range: $63,000 - $75,000
Summary/Objective
Perform as the primary customer liaison for any quality-related customer concerns and verify the implementation of solutions and/or corrective actions.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and vehicle production shop and vehicle flow audits.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This position may require overtime.
Travel
Travel is less than 5%
Required Education and Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with pivot tables, and data analysis
Experience with process improvement
Minimum education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong background in ISO standards of quality.
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous audit experience with automobiles.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain a TWIC badge if requested.
