What You’ll Do

Respond to service calls for security and cash-handling equipment at client locations

Install, maintain, and repair systems such as alarms, cameras, vaults, locks, safes, DVRs, and drive-thru equipment

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly

Collaborate with office staff to plan and track daily service calls

Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude ( experience with low-voltage electronics a plus )

Preferred experience : working with security systems, CCTV, alarm panels, or similar technology

Ability to read and interpret schematics or wiring diagrams (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environments (banking branches, retail, etc.)

Willingness to travel regionally as needed; occasional overnight travel

Location : Raleigh, NC

Schedule : Full-time | Field-based | Occasional travel
