Netguru works with the largest brands in the world, such as Volkswagen, IKEA, or Keller Williams. / ppAs a Delivery Manager, you wont just run projects youll own a portfolio of client engagements end-to-end. From profitability and forecast accuracy, to scope, quality, and client satisfaction. Youll be accountable for the full PL of your portfolio, with direct influence on margin, revenue forecasting, staffing, pricing, and client value. / ppYoull work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Sales, Talent Teams to drive results that matter : delivered margin, client impact, team health, and scalable delivery standards. Youll be the person that makes things happen and solves problems before they appear. / ppSalary : PLN 18,000-28,800 (B2B+ Managerial Contract) + 20 paid days off + bonuses; or PLN 15,000-24,000 gross (Employment Contract) + bonuses. / p / div
