This is a Full Time, Day Shift, procedure/surgery scheduler working primarily for our Foot & Ankle Surgery Clinic at 6130 N La Cholla Suite 135A!
Summary
Responsible for the scheduling of procedures for Surgery, GI Lab, Cath Lab, and appointments for Preprocedural Screening/Preadmission Testing.
Requirement
Education: Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Experience: Required: One (1) year surgical scheduling experience or two (2) years in scheduling role in physician office
Preferred: Surgical scheduling experience
Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed. Medical Terminology and Anatomy preferred.
