Project Engineer / Field Engineer (2026 Graduate)

This req is for current Construction Management students looking for full time work in December 2025-2026

The Project Engineer / Field will assist with the management of the project under the supervision of the Project Manager and / or Superintendent, in order to ensure that project is safe, within budget, on schedule, in compliance with the company's quality standards and to the customer's satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist with the monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives.
• Reviewing and processing submittals to achieve the project schedule in accordance with the contract documents.
• Maintain a complete and current record of submittals, approvals, and re-submittals summarized in the "Submittal Log".
• Expediting the material deliveries of subcontractors and vendors in accordance with the CPM schedule and coordinated with the Project Team.
• Material Receiving - Be sure that material is properly inspected for quantity and quality. Ensure that all material is in conformance with the contract documents and approved submittals.
• Management of the RFI Process and ensuring the drawings are posted and up to date.
• Assist in subcontractor preconstruction meetings.
• Safety Planning and Performance - Actively engaged in the SOS Program.
• Participation in the S&P Quality Control Program.
• Cost Control - Manage specific budgets within the cost control.
• Accumulate all necessary data for monthly owner and subcontractor pay apps, as assigned.
• Assist with management of field initiated purchasing.
• Assist with production analysis studies.
• Closing out the project in accordance with the contract documents and company policy.
• Assist in change management process.
• Regular worksite attendance required
• Other duties as assigned.
