Travel Hospice Registered Nurse

Territory : Augusta, Martinez, Athens, Gainesville, Alpharetta, Douglasville, Stockbridge, Newnan and Conyers

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will provide vital direct patient care and support families, while stepping into temporary assignments at various branches as needed to fill staffing gaps or respond to increases in patient census.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN seeking flexibility, variety, and meaningful work across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care and manage hospice patients' care plans
• Lead and support interdisciplinary care teams, including LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs of patients
• Document care thoroughly and accurately
• Supervise and guide HHA and LPN staff
• Educate patients and families about medications, care needs, and safety practices
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as assigned
• Collaborate with physicians and take part in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Assist in referrals, resource connections, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements
