Location : Sachse, TX

Job Type : Part-Time, 10 hour Weekend Shifts

Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor to oversee key aspects of our resident care, medication management, and community operations during weekends. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance within our senior living community. We strongly prefer for this position to maintain an active nursing license as a LPN, LVN or RN but this is not required.

Key Responsibilities :

Medication Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely follow-up on medication orders and reorders.
• Confirm that newly ordered medications are available and administered according to physician's orders.
• Conduct medication cart audits and medication pass audits with Medication Techs to verify compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Handle cycle tasks due over the weekend if they have not been completed by the Assistant Wellness Director.
• Utilize the medication dashboard to monitor and ensure compliance.
