Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, grooming, and transferring
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
