• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to post-surgical patients in an acute inpatient setting.
• Monitor and assess patient recovery, pain management, wound care, and complications.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Administer medications, perform necessary treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families about surgical recovery, discharge planning, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
• Uphold infection control practices and participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
