The Facility Maintenance role involves performing general maintenance duties including carpentry plumbing drywall painting and basic electrical work while ensuring the facility remains safe functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general commercial building repair and maintenance

Complete tasks involving painting carpentry plumbing drywall and basic electrical work

Support routine upkeep and facility improvement projects

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

Reliable transportation is required

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Stable and consistent work history required
