As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in driving hospital quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving patient outcomes through strategic performance improvement leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee hospital quality assurance programs and performance metrics.
• Lead accreditation and regulatory survey readiness (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
• Support education, staff training, and compliance initiatives related to quality standards.
