We are looking for an experienced, technically astute, hands-on, operations-oriented Manufacturing Manager for our Pompano Beach, FL branch office. Responsibilities include:

· Support and leadership of our plant operations and a plant staff of approximately 20 people.

· Day to day operation of the plant – ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to the job sites and clients in a timely, cost effective and safe manner.

· Manage all aspects of shipping, material handling, equipment management, R&D and inventory control.

Successful candidates will possess:

· Seven to ten years of management experience in a manufacturing and production distribution environment is required.

· Strong purchasing, negotiation and customer service skills.

· Working knowledge of manufacturing and hydraulic equipment and the
