Join Our Team as a School Speech-Language Pathologist!

Position Overview :

  • Start Date : ASAP - May 29, 2026
  • Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours / week)
  • Grade Levels : K-12th grade
  • Compensation : Starting at $60 / hour (commensurate with experience)

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services focusing on articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support communication goals
  • Use evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities to promote development
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes
  • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other essential information accurately
  • Manage cases for speech-only students
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on students' speech and language needs

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • SIRAS experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technologies preferred
