Associate Director, Project Management

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Pipeline Project Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate asset strategy and lead the development of the integrated project plan

Own the single integrated plan, ensuring team commitment to shared goals

Lead options planning and manage project risks, schedules, and budgets

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical R&D or related industry

Experience in project management principles and methods (e.g., PMI / PMBOK)

Experience with project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts

Proficiency in PM planning tools (e.g., Planisware, MS Project)

Experience facilitating project team meetings and preparing for governance interactions
